花蓮縣議長之爭 國民黨開放但協調一組參選
（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣5日電）各縣市新任議員將於12月25日就任並即改選正、副議長，國民黨中央針對花蓮縣議會第19屆正、副議長選舉，將開放同黨籍議員參選；有意參選的張峻、張正治及謝國榮都積極爭取。
中國國民黨花蓮縣黨部主任委員鄒永宏受訪說，為展現民主風範，黨內確實採開放參選，縣黨部沒有預定立場、也沒有所謂「排黑條款」，將召開黨團會議協調出一組人選，屆時讓黨籍議員依規畫投票。
九合一選舉落幕，國民黨中央布局下屆各縣市正副議長選舉，全面盤點22縣市，除嘉義縣、市及台南艱困外，其餘19縣市將努力爭取議長寶座。其中桃園、高雄等縣市正副議長搭檔人選底定，花蓮、台東開放參選。
花蓮縣議會第19屆議員，當選33席，其中國民黨占18席、民進黨3席、無黨籍12席，國民黨席次過半，公開表明有意參選議長者為張峻、張正治及謝國榮3人；有意參選副議長者為潘月霞、黃馨及吳建志。
現任副議長張峻表示，縣議會運作要無縫接軌，他有豐富經驗是最適當的人選；連任6屆縣議員的謝國榮也召開記者會表示，將投入議長選舉；而早已私下運作的張正治，看似按兵不動，但已積極拉票。
另外，花蓮縣議會下屆議員版圖重新洗牌，新科20人、連任13人，其中無黨籍議員12席有意籌組政團。（編輯：翁翠萍）1071205
