據研究顯示,自殺死亡者在自殺身亡前7天內不限精神科別就醫的比例皆在60省錢方法網路熱銷商品%左右。圖/聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 研究發現,自殺身亡者高達6成以上,在決定自殺前7天曾赴醫院就診,就診科別不限精神科;其中65歲以上老人,決定自殺前1個月內,赴醫院診所就診的比率將近9成。專家呼籲,若能在醫療第一線能設下防線,也許能阻擋更多憾事發生。國內自殺死亡率逐年攀升,根據衛福部公布106年的國人死因,自殺身亡名列第11位,自殺死亡人數與105年相比增加16.4%,男性多於女性。. } }); } 研究發現,自殺身亡者多達6成以上,於輕生前7天曾赴醫院就診。台灣自殺防治學會理事吳佳儀說,面對久病厭世、長流行購買期照顧他人禮物網路購物的照顧者,長期心理不適,而導致生理出現類似生病的反應,比率相當高。吳佳儀說,曾66歲男子,因妻子罹癌,他因照顧壓力而失眠,求助醫師,定期服用藥物改善症狀。但幾年後,妻子過世,他受不了壓力,加上並未規律服藥,讓他再度失眠。心理影響生理不適,讓他動了輕生念頭;某天兒媳返家,撞見李姓男子意圖輕生,即時挽救才沒有發生憾事。吳佳儀說,許多意圖輕生高風險族群,若第一線醫療人員能主動建立關係並評估狀況,及時轉介精神衛生門診,有助於降低憾事發生。衛福部心口司司長諶立中指出,我國20年前開始提倡家醫科醫師及開業醫師納入自殺防治範疇,民國9最近流行商品產品0年左右自殺率高峰,醫界普遍警覺性高。但隨著國內自殺率下降,相關觀念開始被忽視。吳佳儀呼籲,自殺防治不僅是精神科醫師的責任,所有第一線醫療人員都是守門人,掌握「1問2應3轉介」主動關懷傾聽、適當回應支持及轉介精神衛生專業。 自殺,不能解決難題;求助,才是最好的路。求救請打1995 ( 要救救我 )


 觀點投書:「九二共識」與不同的產地─咒語唸到最後還剩什麼?


儘管選前在國家認同與兩岸議題上拼命大打「模糊牌」,但許多國民黨籍的縣市首長候選人在當選後,立刻迫不急待地對「九二共識」表態,然後成立所謂「兩岸工作小組」也突然成為其紛紛效仿的風潮。顯然,「九二共識」仍是國民黨始終引以為豪的「神主牌」,但,你真的知道:「九二共識」在不同的「產地」,根本有著截然不同的解釋嗎?

在臺灣,國民黨最常使用的說法,即字正腔圓地唸出「一個中國,各自表述」八字,接著便隨即快速帶出一連串關於承認「九二共識」後,臺灣能從頻密的兩岸交流(以及中國的大恩施捨)中獲致的和平與經濟紅利——事實上,每唸一次的「九二共識」,國民黨就是在承認「兩岸同屬『一個中國』,臺灣是中國的一部分」這樣的「統一論述」。

然後,為了避免引起普遍臺灣人的憤怒,國民黨只好再加上一套關於「一個中國就是『中華民國』」的義正嚴辭,但這後半句話卻從來不敢在中國面前如此表態——而想當然耳,國際社會對此的解釋一直都是:國民黨認同中國的「一中原則」,承認自己是「中國」的一部份。

而在中國,共產黨對所謂「九二共識」可從來不像國民黨這麼地有「彈性空間」:「世界上只有一個中國,臺灣是中國的一部分,中華人民共和國是唯一合法代表中國的政府」這套「三階段論」,相信大家都早已耳熟能詳。而對於「九二共識」,則歷來都是不斷強調其「一中原則」的意涵,簡單的說,當北京要求臺灣的政治人物表態承認「九二共識」時,其實就和中國一天到晚在國際上要求其他國家承認「一中原則」的內涵完全一致:就是上述「三階段論」的重申。

而往往,中國還要與時俱進地加入「反對臺獨」這條,作為其能夠隨時打擊民進黨或其他臺灣本土政黨的「師出有名」。從前,中國還願意思性地說出「海峽兩岸各自表述『一中原則』」這樣的「模糊善意」;但現在,「中華民國」四字早已不見容於中國,而中國官方更將「一中各表」這個國民黨人最愛拿來替其「九二共識」做辯護的詞彙,徹底納入「禁用詞」——不知道國民黨到底還能裝傻多久?

「九二共識,一中各表,反對臺獨」:這句咒語不斷地被國民黨人所重複唸著,彷彿這就是能夠帶來龐大經濟榮景與財富的世紀咒語。但,他們不敢告訴你的是:承認「九二共識」,就是承認「臺灣是中國的一部分」與「兩岸同屬一個中國」;而且中國從來都沒有要跟你「各自表述」,更早就把「中華民國」列入黨國長長一串的封殺屏蔽名單裡——「九二共識」的咒語唸到了最終,其實就是在放棄臺灣作為一個主權獨立國家的地位;以及,把自己逐漸地推往中國的懷抱之中⋯⋯

當國民黨說著那套自己都無法相信自己的說詞,同時卻還興奮地與中國唱和著根本不存在所謂「共識」的「九二共識」時,其實,就是完全拋下了所有關於國家認同與自由民主的堅持,而為了政黨與個人的政經利益而在拼命唸咒而已。也許,能夠「讓國共兩黨重新共同控制臺灣」,才是國、共兩黨真正骨子裡的「共識」吧!注意了:有的咒語可以實現夢想,但有些召喚出的卻會是惡魔。(推薦閱讀:張忠本觀點:民主政治需要制衡─仇恨的轉型正義VS.破碎的法治)
