高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
[2018/12/05]變天！北台灣轉涼有雨 中南部日夜溫差大
今天清晨（5日）由於東北風增強，迎風面水氣增多，氣象局亦針對蘭嶼、綠島發布豪雨特報；中部以北、東北部及東部低溫19至22度，南部及東南部23至25度。
今天白天受東北風影響，北部及東半部地區有局部短暫雨的可能，其中桃園以北及東北部大部分時間雲量稍多，偶爾有小飄雨，靠近基隆北海岸、宜蘭地區降雨機率更大，中南部地區則不太受影響，仍維持晴到多雲的天氣。
桃園以北及東北部白天高溫只有22、23度，竹苗及花東則約24至26度，相較昨天下降許多，中南部還是有28至30度，感受溫暖舒適；深夜以後各地低溫約19至21度；北台灣整天偏涼，中南部則是日夜溫差大，請大家留意溫度變化適時調整穿著。
東北風影響，今日台南以北、東半部（含蘭嶼、綠島）、恆春半島及澎湖、金門、馬祖沿海空曠地區易有8至9級強陣風，海邊活動或海上作業請注意安全。
今、明兩天馬祖易有局部霧或低雲影響能見度，中南部地區清晨亦有局部霧出現的機率，行車用路請注意安全，交通往返亦請留意相關資訊。
